Orders received after that will be processed on a priority basis. If not delivered by 15th, these orders should get delivered on FIFO Basis.
- Please Note For Express Delivery Rakhis and thalis will be deliver with similar value product , as per the availaibility in local area.
For Rakhi Express Delivery, the cut off time for placing the order is 10:00 AM (IST) 13th August, 2019. For all orders received before cut off time the delivery attempt from 11th August and should be delivered by 15th August, 2019. For all orders placed thereafter, we will try to attempt delivery on Rakhi day (15th August) itself. If not delivered by 15th, these orders should get delivered on FIFO Basis.
All Rakhi Express Delivery Orders will be processed on FIFO basis and can be delivered before the selected date.

We are taking orders of hand-delivered items like Flowers, Cakes, etc. till 6pm (India Time) on Saturday (11th May).
Non Metro Cities
We are taking orders of perishable items like Flowers, Cakes, etc. till 12 noon (India Time) on Saturday (11th May).
We are taking orders of perishable items like Flowers, Cakes, etc. till 12 noon (India Time) on Friday (10th May).
The orders with date of delivery 12th May, may be delivered on 11th May, if required.
Orders which are placed within the above cut off time will be delivered on or before 12th May.
For orders which are placed thereafter, we will make all efforts to get them delivered on 12th May, but do not guarantee the same. If not delivered on 12th May, the same shall be delivered on 13th / 14th May. Items which are shipped by courier will require shipping time as mentioned in the product description.
Furthermore, we do not guarantee Midnight Delivery of gifts on 12th May.

- For sweets which are perishable in nature, If the delivery address is for an interior location, we reserve the right to replace the sweets with chocolates and/or dry fruits of equal or higher value.
- For Sweets & Dry Fruits - the items will be delivered in a way that hygiene can be maintained. The actual presentation will vary from the picture displayed on the website.
- We are a service which acts as a facilitator for users, who want to send gifts to India, and vendors who sell them. We do not take any responsibility for any losses, expenses, quality of products or services, damages and / or taxes / incurred by Users / Vendors in the use of our facility. The price you pay includes the vendor cost inclusive of all taxes and our service charge.
- We reserve the right to change the price of any gift, without prior notice.
- If you are ordering a cake, please request the recipient to check the cake at the time of receiving it. Cakes, being perishable in nature - should be refrigerated immediately. The cake should be consumed on the same day or within 8 hours of receiving it. Any complains for cake should be reported within 4 hours of consumption.
- Any Defects found in gifts other than cakes should be reported by the recipient or the sender within 24 hours of the receiving the gift. In an event of failure to do so, the gifts shall be considered as used and any request to replace the same will be rejected. If the gifts are damaged during shipment they will be replaced only if the recipient sends back the damaged goods. Cost of courier may be repaid in form of complimentary chocolates. In case of gift hampers which include multiple items, if a part of the order is not upto the mark then only the these item will be considered for refund/replacement and customer will be charged for rest of items.
- In case of exchange / return of Gifts, all the cost of courier and other charges would be borne by the recipient of the Gift. Please Note all our shipments are prepaid , If recipient is paying any amount to courier / delivery person then we are not responsible for that payment.
- On occasions, owing to the number of orders, the order might be delivered before or after the selected date.
- GiftstoIndia24x7.com and its partner websites may bring out different promotions from time to time. Customers are requested to note that in one order - only one promotion can be applied and not more than one.
- We send the same rakhis and thalis as we show in the website. In an event a rakhi is not available, we will ship rakhis or thalis which are most similar to the one ordered and at the same time is of same or higher value.
- Rolitika and Chawal accompany all Rakhi orders. For orders without a Rakhi, a complimentary Rakhi will be delivered with the order.
- If the selected courier does not have the service for the destination, an alternative courier will be selected which serves the destination.
- All deliveries are done during the day time between 10 AM to 10 PM. If you have mentioned a specific time of delivery above, we will try our level best to follow the same. Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, etc. & during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. Order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.
Products which are couriered can only be delivered at a residence or a business address, they can not be delivered to a wedding hall or a function hall. Products which are delivered by hand, can be delivered to any address given by you.
Midnight orders are delivered between 23:45 Hrs to 00:15 Hrs.
- The Billing name which you have entered is the name which will be disclosed to the recepient. In case the name which will go with the gifts is different than the Billing name, please email us the Billing Name after you complete the order.
For deliveries to business addresses, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she is not coming personally to receive the gifts, we will deliver the gifts to the security or another office staff. It will be the responsibility of the recipient to collect the same from the office staff or security.
- The date of delivery selected by you will only applicable for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, fruits etc. We always try our best but however, it may not be possible everytime to follow special instructions filled in by the customer due to unavoidable situations
- Couriable products (like Gift vouchers, perfumes, watches, selected Chocolate, selected Sweets etc) are sent by courier and cannot be delivered on a specific day. We will email you a tracking no. once the items are couriered.
- For all electronic products we will open the sealed box to ensure the contents of the box before we ship it to the recipient.
- Local government charges like octroi if applicable will be paid by the recipient and will be reimbursed by the company in form of a discount.
- Requests for cancellation of orders will not be entertained.
- We reserve the right to cancel / modify any order without providing any reason. This is regardless of whether the payment has been confirmed / received. Complete refund for the cancelled orders and differential refund for the modified orders will be processed. Refund can take sometimes upto 31 days to effect.
- For orders in which problem arises owing to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given. Redelivery charges, if any, will be borne by the user.
- The user agrees to give the correct information which is true and authentic. Wereserve the right to confirm the information provided by the user. We also reserve the right to disallow any user to use this website and may reject / cancel the registration without providing any reason whatsoever.
- We will not be held liable for any credit card fraud that occurs on its website. Users have to use only their card when they make their payments. The liability of using a fraudulent credit card lies on the user and the responsibility to establish otherwise shall exclusively be the users’.
- We will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of the order by the vendors or because of flood, fire, wars, act of God or for any reason that are beyond our control. For such orders a complete refund will be provided.
- The user confirms that he / she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has a consent of a parent or a legal guardian.
- Complaints received after 15 days of Order Date / Shipment Date, whichever is later will not be entertained. Refund requests should be made within 1 day of the shipment / delivery date.
- Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances like no courier service, delivery not available etc. However, you will get 100% refund of your money. Refund can sometimes take upto 31 days to take effect.
- No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
- Due to unavoidable circumstance, if part order has been delivered then we will charge only for the products which are delivered and will refund the balance amount.
- Arrangements shown are indicative only. The accessories shown are not a part of the product unless categorically mentioned. The actual arrangement will vary due to variability of flowers across different destinations.
- The different shape Cakes which are displayed in the 'Kid's Cake' and 'Special Cakes' section are indicative. The actual shape of the Cake is subject to change and may vary as per the availability in the delivery city.
- In an event the ordered flowers / sweets / chocolates/ cakes are not available in the selected city / town they will be replaced with available flowers / sweets / chocolates/ cakes of equal or higher value. If a higher value product is not available, we will replace the same with an appropriate product and the difference amount will be refunded to your account.
- We deliver only eggless Cakes.
- For perishable products, our priority will be for timely delivery. We reserve the right to change product specification in order to maintain the schedule.
- Advance time notice for delivering of hand delivered gifts vary from 4 hours to three business days, depending on the accessibility of the city / town / village. For all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day. For other major cities, it varies from 12 hours to two business days. For interior towns and villages, three business days notice is required.
- The price displayed on the website includes MRP, Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions. For certain interior cities, an additional delivery charge will be applicable. The details of the charges will be shown at the time of placing the order.

- The customer is requested to report any issue regarding vouchers within 7 days of delivery .
- If customer requests to deliver the order at any accessible public place like hostel, restaurant, college or hospital and any person receives the order on behalf of the recipient by introducing himself/herself as a friend, relative or authorized recipient, then the order will be considered as delivered without any dispute.
- If delivered items are found damaged, please inform customer care within 24 hours. Arrange to send the image of the damaged gifts to customer support & preserve the original packaging of the item.
