The page will then take you to the showing showing you the list of items in your cart. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your Shopping Cart until you wish to check-out.
    • Checking Out : Click on the View Cart Button at the top of your screen to view the list of items in your cart. Review the quantity, price and product details. Please enter the Discount Code in the “ Apply Discount Code “ box. If you do not have one, generate it by clicking here. Once you have overviewed all the details just click on Proceed to Checkout.
    • Entering Delivery Details : Please enter the Billing and Shipping Details at this page along with the Message with the Gifts, Special Instructions, Date of Delivery etc.
    • Making Payment : Once you confirm the order, you will be required to choose a suitable payment option to complete the ordering process. Make the payment online by filling in your Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Information on our secured payment gateway page.
    • Confirmation & Delivery : As soon as the payment is authorized a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the billing email id. You can either take a printout of the order for your reference or view it in the Order History tab under My Account.

  • When will my order be shipped ?

    Perishable products such as Cakes, Flowers, Dry Fruits, Chocolates, Sweets etc are hand delivered on the date specified by you. Other gift items which are non perishable in nature such as Gift Vouchers, Personalized Gifts, Soft Toys, etc. are delivered by courier and it takes the required time mentioned in the Item Page /Cart to reach the recipient.

  • Why has my order been partially delivered?

    Perishable products such as Cakes, Flowers, Dry Fruits, Chocolates, Sweets etc are hand delivered on the date specified by you. Other gift items which are non perishable in nature such as Gift Vouchers, Personalized Gifts, Soft Toys, etc. are shipped from our central warehouse and requires shipping time as mentioned on the particular product page to reach the recipient. If your order has products which are perishable as well as non perishable in nature, then the perishable products will get delivered on the date specified by you. The non perishable items will take shipping time as mentioned on the product page.
