This was a last minute order for a gift to be delivered to my parents in Chandigarh. Although I had requested for the gift to be delivered around 9 o'clock and it arrived at 10 o'clock. I can understand the delay as I should have ordered earlier. The gift was exactly as it had been described on the website - so really happy.
