Hello Team,

This review is regarding my recent order at GiftstoIndia24x7.com (Order no. GTI1874156/2018). Living in London, I was looking for a reliable website to deliver cake, flowers & gifts to my parents in India. I looked through a few websites and then decided to go with this considering the City Location limitations as well.

I was able to order without any major issues.
I would really like to thank the Customer Service team as the person I spoke to (Karan from Kolkata head office) actually helped me a lot in tracking my delivery. He did ensure that the cake & flower delivery was double-checked with the phone numbers I had provided with the delivery address.

I would like to thank the team. Thanks to Karan from Kolkata office whom I spoke to. I would also like to thank Aman who sent an email with the update. I do not know any other names but anyone who was involved in the delivery (however late) is to be thanked.
