About Perinthalmanna
Perinthalmanna is a town and municipality in Malappuram district of Kerala. It was the capital of Valluvanad, a princely state ruled by the Valluvakonathiris, a suspected branch of the Pallava dynasty of the ancient Tamil kingdoms. Thirumandhamkunnu Bhagavathi Temple and Tali Mahadeva temple are located at Angadipuram, 3 km north of town.
