About Baharampur
Brahmapur (earlier known as Berhampur), nicknamed "The Silk City", is a municipal corporation located on the eastern coastline of Ganjam district of the Indian state of Odisha, about 169 kilometres (105 mi) south of the state capital, Bhubaneswar.
