• The gift card can be used multiple times until the value is exhausted. 
• In case the purchase amount exceeds the card value, then the excess amount can be paid by cash or any valid credit or debit card. 
• The gift card, whether a physical card or a digital email, needs to be presented at the time of availing the service.
• If you wish to make a prepaid reservation, you would have to share the details to make the reservation. The entire amount must be paid in advance to make the reservation. If the card amount is less than what is needed for the reservation, one may reload the card by visiting the Taj website before processing the reservation. For the cancellation and eligible refund policies, one can reach out to Taj Reservations Worldwide. 
• The gift card cannot be cashed in. 
• Once the gift card is purchased, no request for cancellation will be entertained. No refund, replacement, or cashback would be considered for such scenarios.
• The company is not responsible for any stolen, misused, or lost gift cards. 
• In case of any dispute, the company shall be referred to, and the company’s decision shall be final.
