Method

Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add flour mixture and melted butter to the boiled potatoes. Knead till the mixture turn smooth.

Bake at 400° F, in oven.

Carrot (diced)- 2 tablespoons,
Green Pepper(diced) - 2 tablespoon,
Oregano – a pinch
Paneer (crumbled) - 2 tablespoon,
Spinach (chopped) - 1/4 cup,
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Cream Cheese - 1/4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup
Chili Flakes - to taste
Black Olives - for garnishing
Ready-to-use Puff pastry or frozen laccha parathas - 1 packet (400 grams)
Method
1. At first preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
2. In a small pan, pour some olive oil and heat it.
3. After that add diced green carrot, pepper and mix for just about 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add chopped spinach, crumbled paneer, black pepper, oregano, salt and chili flakes, sauté for another few minute.
5. Now allow the mixture to cool down.
6. Once it gets cool down, fold in mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into the creamed mixture.
7. With a sharp cookie cutter, cut the frozen lacha paratha or puff pastry sheets into small rounds.
8. Use them to tart moulds or line cupcakes
9. You can even add a spoon of veggie-cheese mixture into the tart shells.
10. Sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese and garnish with black olives.
11. Bake in hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

For Vegetable Cutlet:
100g chopped carrots,
100g chopped beans,
150g potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed

50g oil

Method
Boil the chopped carrots and beans
Add these vegetables with boiled potatoes and mash them together. Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
Mix well. Divide the mixture into four balls. Sprinkle flour to the balls and press the balls with your palms and make them round in shape of cutlet.
Fry the cutlets.
