  1. For the first step preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit with a rack in the middle of the oven. Place a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the potatoes from sticking.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 2-inch chunks (slice small potatoes in half, larger potatoes into quarters, and so on). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt, and rosemary, if using. Toss with your hands until the potatoes are evenly coated in the mixture. Now, arrange the potatoes in an even layer across the pan with their flat edges against the pan.
  4. Roast the potatoes for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring halfway, until the potatoes are deeply golden (check the undersides) and easily pierced through by a fork. Stir in the parsley, if using, and season to taste with additional salt and some black pepper. Sprinkle the grated cheese from the top if you are using it and enjoy your Roasted Potatoes.

  1. Firstly, in a large pot bring 5 cups water to a rolling boil, and add 2 tablespoons of salt to this along with uncooked pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Drain, wash with cold water, and set aside.
  2. In another pan, add olive oil and butter and heat till the butter has melted. Add minced garlic and onions, and cook for a minute or two till the onions are translucent. Add broccoli florets, corn, mushrooms, and peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add flour and cook stirring for a minute or two. Slowly start adding milk while stirring continuously till the sauce starts to thicken. Simmer for two minutes and add cream. Mix the cream and add the drained cooked pasta and cheese.
  4. Add dijon mustard and fresh basil (if using) and stir to mix everything together.

  1. For the first step, you have to take milk from any vessel and put it on flame. Keep 3/4 cup cold milk for later use. Add custard powder to cold milk and stir until all lumps dissolve. Ensure all the lumps are gone then after 4-5 minutes when the milk starts to simmer, add custard batter steadily. Keep stirring the milk with the help of a spoon. Add the entire custard batter and sugar and mix well. Stir the milk-custard batter rigorously and cook for 7-8 minutes until it becomes consistent.  
  2. Stir the cream and then churn until a thick consistency is formed without any lumps. Set aside the mixture to cool down in small glass bowls. 
  3. Peel mango, apple, or any fruit of your choice. Dice the fruits into small pieces. Don’t forget to remove the seeds from the fruits and keep the dice of the fruits bite size.
