I've used gifts 24x7 several times in the past. This time I ordered flowers for my family and inlaws at the same time for valentines day. My family and inlaws stay a couple of kilometers apart from each other in Mumbai so naturally I assumed that they would be delivered at the same time. However, the flowers came to my family and not my inlaws which caused some confusion. I called the call center and they promptly completed the delivery thus evading a major embarrassment. For their promptness I gave them 4 stars. Thanks guys keep up the good work !!!
