About Kokernag
Kokernag is a sub-district town and a notified area committee in Breng Valley (The Golden Crown of Kashmir), Anantnag district in the Indian administered state of Jammu & Kashmir. The place is known for its gardens, fresh water springs and rainbow trout farms. It is one of the most popular weekend getaways from the state capital Srinagar.
