I am very impressed by their promptness and service. I ordered a birthday cake online for my niece's b'day to be delivered on December 9th. I am based in USA. I ordered on 8th December at about 3.30 p.m.(US time) and in India the time was about 2.00 a.m. 9th December. My payment did not go through. The staff of Gifts to India called me within few minutes and confirmed that the payment did not go through. I immediately made the payment and got a payment confirmation. Had they not informed me, then I would not have been able to have the cake delivered. The promptness is very appreciated.
