I am very pleased with this site. They delivered the flowers and according to my mother-in-law the flowers were very beautiful. The card was written out clearly so she knew who it came from. I especially like that their customer service is very responsive. I called the day of the delivery and was told my call would be returned within 5 minutes after they speak with their delivery team and I got a call back in less then 5 minutes. I believe I spoke with Karan - he was very helpful and polite. I have used this site in the past and will use it for many more occasions going forward. Keep up the good work!!
