I have been coming back to GiftstoIndia2x7 numerous times for timely delivery of happiness and joy to my family. I first took a chance way back in 2009. The site came up during a random search. I did not know a thing about how good the service would be or if it would exceed my expectations.

Looking back now, seeing myself still associated with it only speaks for itself. To me, as a customer, the most important thing is being able to get proper response to my concerns and queries. Being rest assured that on the other side of the world is a team who will take care of that. GiftstoIndia24x7's support team have always exceeded my expectations in that aspect.

Recently, even though I felt that the category for birthday gifts for kids was limited in choice, I knew I could safely rely on their delivery mechanism. That delivery was a very crucial one for me as I wanted to make sure that my daughter had a smile on her face on her special day. And she did :-)

In my rush, I ended up making the payment twice for a particular gift. When I mailed the support desk I got their ever reassuring reply -

"Dear xxxxx,

This is to inform you that we have received the payment twice for same order.

Hence we are refunding back the other amount and the same will take 7-10 working days to reflect back to your account.

Looking forward for your kind cooperation."
