The service was fast and reliable. The flowers ordered for a gifting purpose were fresh and as described on the website. The only drawback is the total price which includes the city surcharge (paying 1/4 the price of the gift) but it was the only website that I could depend on for gifting to India. So 5 stars from me.

I ordered some gifts to Karaikal, India. I was little skeptical about delivery in that place and hence ordered gifts through two good websites carefully choosing them since they are the ones that offered Karaikal in their city lists. In few minutes, I got a call from "GiftstoIndia24x7.com" customer care confirming my order. I was happy that they acknowledged it soon. But I was still worried about how the delivery would be. On the exact day of the delivery, I got a message from one website saying that they don't have service in that particular area. I was let down and disappointed but I was still waiting for GiftstoIndia24x7.com delivery message. In a minute, I got a ticket raised from GiftstoIndia24x7.com and was a bit worried. Luckily, it was not about delivery issue but was about unavailability of a fruit. It was quickly replaced with another fruit and my gifts were delivered to my chosen place although the timing was a bit late. The delivered gifts were in perfect shape and everyone loved it. I was really happy that there is this one website GiftstoIndia24x7.com that took their order seriously and delivered it to their best. I will use this website in future too and will recommend it as well.
