I had selected a basket of white lillies and other white flowers to send to my brother on his birthday. What he got instead was bunch of days old and wilted looking gladioli, the base of the basket wasn't covered properly and it was just an embarrassing episode. I will not order again from this site. Post talking to Karan, their customer care officer, a new basket of fresh flowers was sent to the recipient and they were a definite improvement on the first basket. I appreciate Karan's effort in addressing the feedback and working towards customer delight. I might order again from this site. The 4 stars are for Karan's perseverance ??
