We are in the business of delivering gifts, but I prefer to call ourselves in the business of delivering emotions. Almost all the customers who place orders on our website have their loved ones hundreds of miles away in some another city or country. Our customers spend a lot of time and effort selecting the perfect gift to send to their loved one in India. To our customers, it is not the gift that is being delivered, it is their feelings and emotions that are also being delivered along with the gift. It is a small gesture with which they convey to their loved one in India that they care. It is their way of letting their loved one know that they have remembered the occasion. It is their way of showering their love.

Hence it would not be right for us to say that we are in a gift delivery business. We do not deliver gifts, we deliver emotions. We totally understand the value that is attached with the gifts. Here we are not talking about the monetary value of the gifts but of the emotional value that gets attached with it. It is always our effort to ensure that along with the gifts that we deliver, we also deliver the feelings with which they were so lovingly sent. We ensure that the gifts that are sent are of highest standards, that they are packed nicely, that the message that has been sent is properly written on a card and that the delivery person delivers the gifts with a smile on his face. |

It is because of our efforts, our customers come again and again to placed their orders for their loved one. We cover almost all Indian Occasions along with Everyday occasions like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, etc. We would surely love to hear back from our customers with what more they want from us. We are definitely willing to go that extra mile to ensure that there is a smile on our customers face. Like I said earlier, It is not about delivering gifts, it is more about delivering emotions.
